In the spring of 2006, our church celebrated 150 years of faith, hope, and love

The congregation shows love for all children:

We care for the community:

    • Hosting Bingo, Bible studies, and worship services for the local Care Center
    • Participating in Habitat for Humanity projects
    • Delivering Meals on Wheels

We seek to grow spiritually:
    • Creation of a prayer group for members and friends in need
    • Participating in book studies
    • Supporting the Pirambu School in Brazil
    • Involvement in missionary activities such as the “Undy 500” - the collection of new
            undergarments for local shelters
    • Disaster relief
    • Collecting and distributing children’s school supplies, coats and mittens
    • Giving to several special church offerings
    • Women’s groups – fellowship and missions
    • Sunday School

Our individual gifts are utilized:
    • Participating in a superior music program which includes special instrumental and
vocal presentations and an outstanding choir
    • Opportunities to:
        - teach, create and lead worship,
        - cook (canned beef and noodles are annual favorites at the holiday bazaar)
        - landscape, paint, build, wire, and plumb

Through its long-term commitment and leadership, this church has focused on the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.
